Electronics Warranty Claim Form

LED, Electronics, Circuit Board and Audio Components – 12 Months from date of delivery.
Workmanship & Structure – 12 Months from date of delivery.
During the applicable warranty period, we will, at our sole option, either repair, replace or refund the defective product or part thereof.
LED, Electronics, Circuit Board and Audio Components – Parts deemed to contain latent defect/s will be replaced free of charge on a plug and play basis (the customer must install/replace the components with provided instructions), and will be shipped free of charge.
Workmanship & Structure – Parts deemed to contain latent defect/s will be repaired, replaced or refunded according to the evaluation procedure below.
Normal Wear and Tear: Including scratches, scuffs, fading of paint, or battery capacity degradation over time.
Misuse & Negligence: Damage resulting from:
Accidental or intentional physical damage (drops, crushing, impact).
Improper operation. This includes the use of corrosive cleaning/care agents.
Acts of God.
Unauthorised modifications or repair.
Water/Moisture Damage: Damage resulting from water intrusion due to submersion or direct exposure to high-pressure water or prolonged exposure to rain.
Exposure to Elements: Prolonged exposure to outdoor elements such as wind, rain, sun and pest infestation.
External Power Faults: Damage resulting from connection to improper power sources, reverse polarity, or unstable generator power.
Maximum Liability: The maximum liability shall not exceed the original retail purchase price at the time of the purchase.
Book a courier to collect the defective unit and bring back to base for repair or replacement. The courier will be booked at our cost. If on closer evaluation, the nature of the defect falls within the above exclusions, the customer may be liable for shippings costs both ways, along with repairs.
Or, appoint a repairer to conduct the repairs at your address.
The unit must be returned to us at the customers expense and risk. Please note that the unit must be adequately wrapped, protected and insured as we are not liable for physical damage to the unit on its return trip.
If on closer evaluation, the defect is deemed to fall within the Exclusions above, the customer may be billed for repairs and return shipping.
If on closer evaluation, the defect is deemed to be latent, we will re-imburse the customer for the shipping costs, conduct repairs or replacement, and ship the unit back at our cost.
