THE Juliet:

The Old Oryx Juliet is a board designed to move effortlessly between preparation and presentation. Elegant enough to serve, practical enough to work on: Ideal for charcuteries and platters.
Its elongated form makes it ideal for cheeses, cured meats, bread, and accompaniments, while the durable Ash surface remains perfectly suited to cutting and prep work. Rubber feet keep the board stable on the counter or table, giving it a reassuring presence whether in use or on display.

Your Old Oryx Juliet comes sanded down to an ultra fine finish, and has been pretreated with food safe mineral oil.

Washing:
Wash with warm mildly soapy water without submerging, rinse with warm water without submerging the board. Dry with cloth and pack vertically to dry on a rack, ensuring the board is not sitting in water pools. Dishwashing will destroy your board in no time!

General Maintenance & Hydration:
After first wash and dry, after 5th wash and dry. Then periodically or when your board starts looking dull or dry.
Firstly ensure that the board is clean and dry.  Using our food safe mineral oil or beeswax butter, apply a coat to the entirety of the board. Allow to soak for at least 5 minutes (The longer the better). Remove any excess oil with a dry cloth or paper towel, wiping off in the direction of the grain.
