The Schnauzer Co Return & Exchange Policy

Cancellations:

If you change your mind before you have received your order (Standard “Ready to Ship” Items):
We are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched from our Warehouse. A Handling Fee of up to 5% may be charged to to cover fees charged by our Banks and Payment Acquirer’s. Please issue a cancellation request using the form below.  Please NOTE that we do NOT offer any cancellations, returns or refunds on custom built, custom sized, special order products or any product where we have advertised a production lead time.

If you change your mind before you have received your order (Special, Personalised, Lead-Time and Custom Order Items):
Please NOTE that we do NOT offer any cancellations, returns or refunds on custom built or special order products. We may however consider them at our discretion on the basis that we have not commenced production of your item, in which case a Handling Fee of up to 5% may apply. 

Returns (Change of Mind):

The Schnauzer Co will accept returns of non-customised or non special/lead-time items due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 7 Calendar days of receipt of the item. Items must be returned to us in its original packaging, unused, unopened and in the same condition as received, and must be deemed fit for resale.

To complete your return, please fill out the form below and send your purchase back to The Schnauzer Co. After you have submitted the form, we will confirm the exact warehouse address via email.

Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and the customer will be required to arrange their own shipping and any relevant insurance for products in transit. We cannot approve any returns that are damaged by either customer or courier. 

Once returns are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Once the item has been inspected and the return has been approved, we will:

Refund you via your original payment method, or via EFT (South African Bank Accounts Only).

Approved Returns will attract a Handling and Restocking Fees of:
10% on In-Stock Items.

 

 Returns, Exchanges and Refunds of Defective or Incorrect Product/s:

The Schnauzer Co will accept returns of any Incorrect or Defective Items, as long as a request to return is received by us within 7 Calendar days of receipt of the item/s. Items must be returned to us in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received. Return shipping will be covered by us. If you would like to Return a Defective Product for Refund or Exchange, please use the Form Below. Please note the return parcel must be deemed fit for transit and adequate care must be taken to protect the return items during transit. 
Once a Defect Return Form below has been Accepted, we will generate a Waybill for Collection. 
After Receipt, Inspection and Approval of the Defect Return, you will have the option for Exchange or Refund.
